Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, considering the consumable nature of the products we don’t accept exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered.

In case of any established quality issue with the products, all you need to do is give us a call within 24 hours of delivery of the products at your place at our customer care on +91 81715 80540 or drop an email at hello@cavimusc.com within a period of 24 hours from the time/date of delivery.

 

  • In the unlikely event of damaged or different item delivered to you from their description on the product detail page, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
  • We may contact you to ascertain the damage or delivery of different product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Following are the refund processing timelines after the item is received by us

Refund Timeliness:
Debit / Credit Card Net Banking, Wallets– 10 business days
Cash on Delivery Order- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).
Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts.
